The Heart of a Servant Leader

"Whatever you do,  do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve" (Colossians 3:23-24, New American Standard Bible). 

Serving God and others is something that is evident in Christ's life on earth. He reached out to love others, and as He did that, He honored God. Our Lord can give us the heart to serve others, even as leaders.
