Take the Micah 6:8 Challenge

He has told you men what is good and what it is the Lord requires of you: to act justly, to love faithfulness, and to walk humbly with your God (Micah 6:8, HCSB).

“Life isn’t fair, people are not always faithful, and pride is the original sin. Maybe that’s why Micah tells us that all God requires of us is to “act justly, to love faithfulness, and to walk humbly.” Don’t we wish that every leader would just do that? Leadership is complicated. Being a leader in ministry can get more complicated. Being a woman leader in ministry just adds one more challenge. In order to find out what God intended, we have to go back to His Word and see what leadership should be about. With so many books out there on leadership and so many people speaking on the topic, sometimes we get confused on what leadership should look like. We run to the latest bestseller and take it all in, sometimes forgetting that while it may be full of truth, there are some things mixed in that may not be God’s truth”

Let’s take the Micah 6:8 Challenge: act justly, be faithful and walk humbly. Let’s be the leaders that God has called us to be.
